Woop!
A nice easy one:
West Ham tend to stick by their managers, having only 10 in our history. Ted Fenton was the manager who established our academy and signed world cup winning trio Bobby Moore, Martin Peters and Sir Geoff Hurst.
In Fenton's playing career he made 176 appearances and scored 27 goals in first class games for the Hammers. He also made 201 appearances and scored 44 goals during World War II fixtures.
What I want to know is, when we signed him in 1932, which club did we sign him from?
